• During registration, you will need to provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

CricketCX may request additional verification at any time. Failure to cooperate may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. The maximum limit is determined by your account level and verification status.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 1–24 hours. Larger amounts may take up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the original deposit.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Welcome Bonus Applicable to new members on their first deposit only.
• Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period after a bonus is credited, the bonus will be forfeited.

5 Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on CricketCX. Failure to comply may result in your bet being voided.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — though you may use the cash-out option if it is available.
• If your connection drops during live betting, the bet will be settled at the last accepted odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, CricketCX reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• CricketCX is not responsible for internet connectivity or device issues that occur during betting.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CricketCX. Violations will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms, including arbitrage betting or bonus hunting.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

CricketCX reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and may report it to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

CricketCX may suspend or close your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Prolonged account inactivity (12 months).
• At your own request (voluntary closure).

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before requesting account closure.

8 Limitation of Liability

CricketCX strives to deliver the highest quality service, but there are limits to our liability in certain situations.

• CricketCX is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection issues or third-party service disruptions.
• CricketCX reserves the right to correct any game or betting outcome affected by an unexpected technical error.
• CricketCX will not provide any compensation for betting losses.
